Foreignkeys in Action Parameter Window

Lino can now handle Foreignkey fields in Action Parameter Windows.

This feature wasn’t yet implemented.

Worked on docstring of lino.core.actors.Actor.

In class BaseLayout renamed _actor to _datasource.

Moved the choicelists and workflows modules from lino.utils to lino.core.

Workflow of calendar events

The lino_xl.lib.cal.AssignEvent action is a first usage example of the new feature since the field assign_to is a ForeignKey to User.
