My name is **Luc Saffre** (French: `lyk 'safʁə
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Phonetic_Alphabet>`__).
I was born and grew up in Belgium (`Eupen
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eupen>`_), but at the age of 30 I
married an Estonian woman and moved to Estonia.  We have 2 daughters
and live in a small village.

I work as senior developer at `Rumma & Ko OÜ
<http://www.saffre-rumma.net/>`_ where we provide development,
maintenance and customer support of `free
<http://www.saffre-rumma.net/free/>`__ customized database
applications, mainly using the `Lino framework
<http://www.lino-framework.org/>`__ and its older brother `TIM
