Worked on the lino.utils.bcss module.

Seems that this module will soon move from utils to modlib because I understood that there must be a model for each service offered by the BCSS.

Ich habe noch was kapiert: jeder Request an die BCSS wird in einer Tabelle festgehalten. Also man kann pro Benutzer oder pro Person eine Historik der vergangenen Requests machen. Zum Beispiel bei einem HealthInsuranceRequest muss der Benutzer die Periode selber eingeben können. Das ist am einfachsten zu implementieren, indem ich ein entsprechendes Modell mache.

Found another jigsaw piece for lino.utils.xmlgen: a Namespace can have more than one root containers. The prefix of a Namespace continues to be the class name by default, but it is now possible to change it by giving another value to the prefix class attribute.
