• Started to write lino.apps.pcsw.migrate.migrate_from_1_4_10().

• Published Lino docs on readthedocs.org. This required modifications to docs/conf.py, lino/__init__.py and setup.py. They now use a separate plain text file VERSION which contains the current version.
