I started the French version of the user manual for Lino Welfare at https://fr.welfare.lino-framework.org/

Opened ticket docs/tickets/133 and started to work on it:

1. Nach Erstellen eines Ausdrucks Meldung, dass das erstellte Dokument sich nun öffnen müsste.

The The message

Fixed a bug in welfare.isip which caused a traceback “Cannot use None as a query value” when trying to add a new contract.

Pushed the above changes to master and pulled them to ÖSHZ Eupen.
