Somaire pour panneau “Interviews” d’un client

Working on #3.

The demo database for chatelet now also contains some responses to polls:

• New module lino_welfare.modlib.polls which inherits from lino.modlib.polls.

• Moved the lino.modlib.polls.fixtures.checklist fixture to lino_welfare.modlib.polls.fixtures.jobsearch because it is PCSW specific.

polls.Poll is now Referrable (which added a new field ref).

Added the summary panel to ml.polls.ResponsesByPartner
