Phone meeting with Mathieu and Aurélie

I finished and checked in yesterday’s changes.

Release in both Eupen and Chatelet. In Chatelet I manually commented out a few lines related to lino_welfare.modlib.projects Here again this is an example of a situation where it would have been overkill to write fixtures.
