I finished the change requests for Lino Avanti (#2274). Summary of changes:

Changes in lino_xl.lib.cv:

• BiographyOwner.language_knowledge now also shows whether there is a certificate or not

• The CefLevel choicelist now shows only the values (A0, A1, …) and no longer their textual descriptions

• Changes in final_report.body.html

• Added a new plugin lino_avanti.lib.cv which adds two specific fields to lino_avanti.lib.cv.Study

Changes in lino_xl.lib.polls:

• New table polls.AnswersByResponsePrint is now shown in the detail of a response.
