Lino was ignoring the browser’s Accept-Language header for anonymous requests. This was particularily irritating for French-speaking Lino Welfare candidates.

And several sentences of the welcome text were not translated.

And discovered and fixed #657, a little detail, but probably increases first-time impression: the user names are now clickable, so people don’t need to type them.
