I defined a summary for lino_xl.lib.accounting.ui.MovementsByPartner.

Just out of curiosity, I changed the default value for default_ui from lino.modlib.extjs to lino_extjs6.extjs6 and ran the test suite over all projects. The first failures were in Lino Noi.
