Demonstrate Oauth sign in on Wikimedia

I finally did #2445. It was easy, I just followed instructions in my Social Authentication tutorial (which I then updated). Wikimedia specific instructions are in the PSA docs and on the mediawiki site.

I registered a new OAuth application called Social Auth Tester and added the consumer token and secret token to the settings.py of the team demo.

I left a message at Steward requests/Miscellaneous in an my request was reviewed and approved within minutes. Nice!
