Minor optimizations in Noi and Amici

I did some minor optimizations in Lino Amici and Lino Noi.

• #2541 TicketsBySite sorting order.

• #2543. Mainly added the lino_xl.lib.sepa pluging. And then some subtle layout changes: removed the “id” field from Companies.insert_layout, added the description field to the default cal.Event.detail_layout.
