I did a few minor changes for #2089 (davlink is now deprecated). This might have broken the test suite (we’ll see on Travis CI).

I moved install_reqires Sphinx from lino to book. Because on a prod site it is not needed.

dump takes 6 minutes

django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured: Error loading MySQLdb module: No module named MySQLdb.

• removed account groups, AccountTypes

• ValueError: Cannot assign “u’16’”: “AccountingPeriod.year” must be a “FiscalYear” instance.
