About me¶
My name is Luc Saffre (French: lyk ‘safʁə). I was born and grew up in Belgium (Eupen), but moved to Estonia at the age of 30 after having married an Estonian. We have 2 daughters and live in a small village and the capital.
I am manager and senior developer at Rumma & Ko OÜ, which I own together with my wife. We provide development, hosting, maintenance and support of sustainably free customized database applications, mainly using the Lino framework and its older brother TIM.
