My name is Luc Saffre (French: lyk ‘safʁə). I was born and grew up in Belgium (Eupen) and moved to Estonia at the age of 30 after having married an Estonian. We have 2 daughters and live in a small village and the capital.
I am manager and senior developer for the Synodalsoft project at Rumma & Ko OÜ. We provide development, hosting, maintenance and support of customized database applications using Lino and its older brother TIM.
